I can't say enough good things about my experience! The staff here are incredibly friendly and genuinely care about your pets. I've been bringing my rabbit here for a few months now, and I couldn’t be happier with the care she’s received. The staff takes the time to listen to my concerns and provide thorough explanations about her treatment options. The vet specializes in exotic animals, which is a huge plus for me. The facility is clean and well-maintained, and I love the follow-up calls they make to check on her progress after visits. One small drawback is that the parking area can get a bit crowded during peak hours, but it’s manageable. Overall, I feel my rabbit is in the best hands possible with this team, and I wouldn’t trust anyone else!

I've had a pretty good experience overall, and I think the care my pets have received has been top-notch. The staff is friendly, and they always make sure to explain everything clearly. My only suggestion would be to improve the wait times, as it can feel a bit long during busy days. However, once you're in, the attention to my pets is excellent, making it easy to overlook the wait. I appreciate the thoroughness in their examinations and the comfort they provide to both pets and owners. Definitely a reliable option for pet care!
